We are looking for a skilled and seasoned Senior Communications Specialist to become a vital member of our team. The successful candidate will oversee and implement comprehensive communication strategies, both internally and externally. This position will concentrate on improving our internal employee communications while also managing our external presence across social media, LinkedIn, and various other platforms. The Senior Communications Specialist will be instrumental in crafting our brand image and ensuring that our communication remains consistent, engaging, and effective, thereby solidifying Mirai's status as a key player in the game development landscape within Saudi Arabia and the broader MENA region.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies to keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Designer to create and manage content for internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, and company-wide announcements.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to support employee engagement initiatives, including events, recognition programs, and surveys.
  • Manage and execute external communication strategies across social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Designer to develop and curate engaging content for social media, including posts, articles, videos, and graphics.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Act as the primary local point of contact for media inquiries and work with Scopely Communications to develop press releases, statements, and other public communications.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all communication channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in communication and social media.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a communication role, preferably in the gaming or tech industry.
    • Proven experience in managing internal and external communication strategies.
    • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
    • Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for gaming and technology.
    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
    • Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet set deadlines
