Qiddiya Investment Company is creating a groundbreaking theme park in Saudi Arabia, and we are seeking an innovative and experienced Senior Development Manager - Food and Beverage to lead the development of our culinary offerings. This role is pivotal in crafting an exceptional food and beverage experience that aligns with our vision of delivering unforgettable moments to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, development, and execution of food and beverage concepts within the theme park, ensuring they meet operational standards and enhance guest experiences.
- Collaborate with culinary teams, designers, and architects to create innovative dining spaces and menus that reflect the park's themes and vision.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify trends and opportunities in the food and beverage sector and align offerings accordingly.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Develop strategic partnerships with food and beverage vendors and suppliers to ensure the highest quality offerings.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to create promotional campaigns that effectively market food and beverage locations and offerings.
- Assess and monitor service standards and guest feedback to continually improve food and beverage experiences.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in service.
- Report regularly to senior management on project status, challenges, and market trends affecting food and beverage development.

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 9-12 years of relevant experience in food and beverage development or management, specifically within large-scale theme parks or entertainment venues.
- Strong background in food service operations, menu design, and restaurant development.
- Proven project management experience from concept to execution in a high-volume environment.
- Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and lead diverse teams.
- Excellent analytical ability to assess market trends and make data-driven recommendations.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Creative problem-solver with a passion for enhancing customer experiences through innovative food and beverage offerings.
- Middle East experience is a plus.
