- Assist with the recruitment process, including creating job postings, reviewing resumes, coordinating interview schedules, and performing initial candidate evaluations.<\/li>
- Help manage onboarding and offboarding procedures for team members.<\/li>
- Provide support to the HR team in administrative duties, including upkeep of employee records, database updates, and document organization.<\/li>
- Engage in employee engagement activities and contribute to team-building events.<\/li>
- Prepare and refine HR-related reports and presentations.<\/li>
- Address employee inquiries and offer foundational HR policy guidance.<\/li>
- Participate in the formulation of HR policies, procedures, and training documentation.<\/li>
- Remain informed about current labor laws and effective HR practices.<\/li> <\/ul>

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- has at least 1 or 2 years of experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset.
- Odoo user is plus.
