JASARA PMC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HSE Engineer to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Provide training and support to employees regarding health, safety, and environmental practices.
- Maintain accurate records of health and safety data, including incident reports and safety assessments.
- Stay current with changes in health, safety, and environmental legislation and best practices.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental roles, preferably in construction or project management.
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH or OSHA are highly desirable.
