You as HR Specialist - HROps will be part of be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Riyadh, 2nd Industrial Area, Saudi Arabia. You will be providing forward-looking HR best practices insights, primarily focused on Time & Payroll Management. This role will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while adhering to Saudi labor laws and company policies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Managing payroll vendor feedback to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, in line with company standards.
  • Evaluating time tool performance and address any issues promptly.
  • Managing files of deductions, benefits, and other payroll-related tasks.
  • Overseeing timekeeping systems to ensure accurate tracking of employee hours and closing the timecards before the payroll deadline.
  • Reviewing and approving timecards requests and adjustments.
  • Ensuring Time Management practices comply with Saudi labor law and company global HR controls.
  • Staying updated on changes in labor law that may affect Time & Payroll processing.
  • Generating and analyzing timecards reports for management review.
  • Supporting on reports related to the audits.
  • Addressing employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and time management.

Your background

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably with a focus on vendor management.
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and payroll regulations.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy and ability to multitask.
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English.
