Position Summary
The main purpose of the Key Account Manager is to achieve sales by category by maximizing short- and long-term growth opportunities and build long term relationship with the customers.

- Supervisor, mentor & coach subordinates, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and professional development.
- Develop & maintain strong relationship with our customers to drive business growth.
- Create & implement strategic sales and promotional plans tailored to the needs of our customers.
- Ensure implementation of all the terms of Nestle’s Business Development Agreement with our customers.
- Monitor market trends and competition activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders like supply chain, trade marketing and marketing teams to come up with solutions catered to our customers’ needs.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare actionable reports.
- Ensure on time collection and financial reconciliation with our customers.
- Lead on special projects within channel to enhance efficiencies.
What Will Make You Successful…
- A minimum of 4-5 years of sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or any related field.
- Full proficiency in English language skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
