  • Job description :
  • Audit Management
  • Responsible for ISO system implementation for Industry department.
  • Responsible for internal and external audits for industrial department as ISO 9001, ISO 45000 , ISO 17065

and ISO 17020, ).

  • Following up on corrective actions to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Following up customer satisfaction /complains
  • Responsible for HSE – Group KPIs
  • Responsible for Industry HSE KPIs , Attend and actively participate in HSE meetings to discuss safety performance and improvement initiatives.
  • HSE for projects
    • Prepare HSE presentations for clients, showcasing our commitment to health and safety standards.
    • Develop and prepare HSE plans for projects following the awarding phase.
    • Ensure that project-specific HSE plans align with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Monitor the implementation of HSE plans and adjust as necessary to achieve safety objectives
    • Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
    • Lead investigations into workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses.
    • Prepare detailed reports outlining root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Competency Management
  • Review and monitor the competency levels of staff across all department according to company internal procedures
  • Following up supervision plans for core team and subcontractors
  • Support in Tender Preparation
  • Prepare comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) questionnaires for industry department tenders.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure that all HSE aspects are effectively addressed in tender submissions.
  • Present HSE strategies and initiatives to clients to enhance tender competitiveness
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar field
  • Certified Internal OR lead auditor for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45000
  • Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and incident investigation techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence positive change.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think critically and develop effective solutions to complex HSE challenges
