- Job description :
- Audit Management
- Responsible for ISO system implementation for Industry department.
- Responsible for internal and external audits for industrial department as ISO 9001, ISO 45000 , ISO 17065
- Following up on corrective actions to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Following up customer satisfaction /complains
- Responsible for HSE – Group KPIs
- Responsible for Industry HSE KPIs , Attend and actively participate in HSE meetings to discuss safety performance and improvement initiatives.
- HSE for projects
- Prepare HSE presentations for clients, showcasing our commitment to health and safety standards.
- Develop and prepare HSE plans for projects following the awarding phase.
- Ensure that project-specific HSE plans align with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor the implementation of HSE plans and adjust as necessary to achieve safety objectives
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
- Lead investigations into workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Competency Management
- Review and monitor the competency levels of staff across all department according to company internal procedures
- Following up supervision plans for core team and subcontractors
- Support in Tender Preparation
- Prepare comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) questionnaires for industry department tenders.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure that all HSE aspects are effectively addressed in tender submissions.
- Present HSE strategies and initiatives to clients to enhance tender competitiveness
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar field
- Certified Internal OR lead auditor for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45000
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and incident investigation techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence positive change.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think critically and develop effective solutions to complex HSE challenges
