Job Summary:

At Six Flags Qiddiya City, the Officer – Park Security plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and park assets. This position involves maintaining a visible presence throughout the park to deter potential security issues and respond promptly to incidents as they arise. The Officer provides assistance to guests by addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive experience while fostering a safe environment. Additionally, collaboration with local law enforcement and emergency services may be required in critical situations. A proactive approach and strong communication skills are essential for creating a secure and welcoming atmosphere for all.

JOB-SPECIFIC

▪ Patrol designated areas within the park to monitor and report any suspicious activities or safety hazards

▪ Enforce park policies and regulations, ensuring compliance by guests and employees

▪ Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents, including medical emergencies and park rule violations

▪ Conduct bag checks and assist with crowd control during busy periods

▪ Provide excellent customer service, addressing guests' inquiries, concerns, or complaints

▪ Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as necessary

▪ Complete required incident reports and other documentation accurately and timely

▪ Provide guidance to new security personnel to promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with health,

safety, and environmental regulations.

▪ Participate in safety drills and emergency response training to stay prepared for various situations.

▪ Assist in the development and implementation of security protocols and procedures to enhance overall park safety.

▪ Engage with guests to promote a positive atmosphere and encourage adherence to park rules.

▪ Conduct regular inspections of park facilities to identify and mitigate potential security risks.

▪ Act as a liaison between park management and guests, conveying important safety information and updates as

needed.
