JOB TITLE

Associate - Admin | MAF Retail | Head Office UAE

Role Summary

The Coordinator – Administrator role is responsible for meeting, greeting and assisting visitors, employees and suppliers.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, financial statements, and other documents.
  • Retrieve, maintain, and organize corporate records and documents.
  • Record minutes during meetings and distribute incoming correspondence (faxes, emails).
  • Perform office duties such as ordering supplies and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Manage telephone bill payments and follow up as needed.
  • Answer and direct calls, take messages, and manage meeting schedules and logistics.
  • Organize travel arrangements and coordinate business trip expenses with the finance department.
  • Participate in professional development and adhere to MAF Retail’s Human Capital policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • High attention to detail.
