JOB TITLE
Associate - Admin | MAF Retail | Head Office UAE
Role Summary
The Coordinator – Administrator role is responsible for meeting, greeting and assisting visitors, employees and suppliers.
ROLE PROFILE
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, financial statements, and other documents.
- Retrieve, maintain, and organize corporate records and documents.
- Record minutes during meetings and distribute incoming correspondence (faxes, emails).
- Perform office duties such as ordering supplies and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Manage telephone bill payments and follow up as needed.
- Answer and direct calls, take messages, and manage meeting schedules and logistics.
- Organize travel arrangements and coordinate business trip expenses with the finance department.
- Participate in professional development and adhere to MAF Retail’s Human Capital policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
- Ability to adapt in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent listening skills.
- High attention to detail.
