Job Description

To support all Mashreq Egypt existing Technology applications, support business by implementing the new applications & develop in-house solutionsResponsibilities include implementation, project management and delivering unique service by providing high quality of support. Provide thought leadership in core, digital and channels technology and drive transformation projects and changes for all major business and technology initiatives, including continuous delivery, digitalization, strategy, automation and key technology/vendor selections resulting in reduction of operating cost & bring in efficiency in processes

Responsibilities

• Actively partner with business stakeholders and manage the project/change management and issues
• Ensure that requirements and priorities are properly defined and are in line with business needs
• Engage and partner with business to understand requirements, ensure alignment to the strategy, principles and reference architecture, and assist in shaping the solution to achieve this
• Actively involve with Head Office Technology Applications teams in identifying and delivering key IT initiatives and projects
• Work closely with delivery teams, testing teams, vendors to ensure solutions are delivered as per the business requirements
• Adhere to bank's operational risk policy
• Provide general administration support to the team, including meetings, knowledge transfer and activity reporting
• Assess the impact and urgency of reported incidents, coordinate with relevant teams to resolve the incidents, keep the stake holders updated with the progress
• Providing high quality application support to stakeholders based on business and technical understanding in a timely manner
• Design and develop in-house solutions to support business needs
• Coordinate & support the User Acceptance tests activities
• Provide training to the key users on the in-house developed solutions
• Keep up to date on new technology, standards, protocols and tools in areas relevant to the rapidly changing digital environment
• Take a main role in Request and change Management
  
  

Qualifications

• University degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in software development using Microsoft dot Net/ Java
• Experience in working with database using Oracle/SQL
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Very good communication skills
• Experience with Flexcube core banking system is an extra
