The Claims Reconciliation Officer - will provide quality service to the providers and work closely with the medical claims, the finance, processors, and customer service departments to resolve claims issues, The position reports to the Claims Assistant Manager, The position also requires to coordinate closely with various entities internally and externally
What You Do
- Handle and support direct communication with the healthcare providers on their rejection ratio and reconciliation review
- Conduct Reconciliation meetings with the Providers as required by the reconciliation process.
- Coordinates work flow & meet deadlines.
- Assist in internal and external audits related to claims and reconciliation.
- Prepare reports and presentations on claims performance and reconciliation outcomes.
- Increases efficiency, minimizes errors and administration time.
- Manages routine daily claims administration work.
What You Bring
- Organizational & time management skills
- Excellent team player
- Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and users.
- Bachelor’s of Pharmacy
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in claims reconciliation, financial analysis, or a similar role.
- Good background in medical reviewing claims and reconciliation rejections with the providers.
- Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills
