Assist users in navigating clinical systems to facilitate ease of use for clinicians and staff, enhancing their ability to efficiently use clinical systems in their daily work.
Identify and resolve system issues to minimize disruptions in patient care to address system issues proactively and reactively, ensuring that these issues do not hinder patient care processes and clinical operations.
Help in setting up and troubleshooting patient monitoring systems to ensure that patient monitoring systems are properly set up and functioning optimally, enabling accurate and continuous monitoring of patient health.

Job Requirements
Education
BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field is usually required.
Experience
0-3 years of Experience working in a healthcare IT environment is highly beneficial.
Computer Skills
Proficiency in general retail systems.
Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
Understanding of patient management software and clinical databases.
Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, VPN, LAN/WAN.
