A Snapshot of Your Day

As an Order Manager, you will oversee the entire order processing cycle, from data entry in SAP to final technical order clarification and documentation. You’ll ensure timely delivery by scheduling deadlines, monitoring milestones, and coordinating logistics operations while actively managing risks and optimizing processes. Your role will be crucial in facilitating effective communication with stakeholders and ensuring a seamless logistics chain for successful project execution.

How you’ll make an impact?

• Order processing:
• Data entry in IT tools relevant for order processing (mainly SAP)
• Final technical order clarification
• Drawing up and forwarding of order documentation
• Deadline scheduling and monitoring of milestones and costs:
• Documentation approval
• Frozen Zone
• FAT
• Working towards ensuring a timely delivery
• Management Reporting
• Identify and assess risks, develop proposals to minimize the risks and identify and exploit opportunities.
• Actively solve and coordinate deviations in the project
• Claim management
• Actively participate in the optimization of processes
• Logistics
• Planning and coordinating logistics operations
• Drawing up, summarizing and forwarding the associated documentation
• Coordinating and communicating all deadlines and information with transportation and processing service providers for the entire logistics process, to ensure trouble-free and cost-effective shipping and document flow.
• Active contribution to collaboration with other participants and interface partners, and forwarding of all relevant information, to inform himself/herself and others, and to create an optimum logistics chain.
  
  
  

What you bring?

• Bachelor’s degree with the major in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering, the major of high voltage Switch is recommended.
• Around 3 years’ electrical engineering experience.
• Familiar with offer/order process during the daily project progress.
• Good written & oral communication skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and SAP
