The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in achieving our ambitious objectives for customer acquisition and revenue enhancement. The ideal candidate should be self-assured in making numerous calls each day, engaging with channel partners, sparking interest, assessing prospects, and sealing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new sales opportunities through both inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound calls and emails.
  • Grasp customer needs and requirements effectively.
  • Close sales and meet quarterly sales quotas.
  • Conduct research on accounts, pinpoint key decision-makers, and generate interest.
  • Expand and maintain your database of prospects within the assigned region.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to build a strong sales pipeline and close significant deals.
  • Deliver effective online demonstrations to prospective clients.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrable inside sales experience.
  • Proven record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong telephone presence and experience making numerous calls daily.
  • Proficient in corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage time wisely.
