About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Agile Coach to lead the transformation of our teams into an Agile mindset. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in mentoring, coaching, and guiding our teams in Agile practices, while continuously improving the delivery of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess existing Agile practices and recommend improvements to enhance team performance.
- Facilitate Agile rituals (sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups) and help teams to organize and maintain their work.
- Coach teams on Agile frameworks, methodologies, and tools to ensure understanding and adoption of best practices.
- Work closely with leadership to create a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across the organization.
- Support teams in establishing clear goals and measurable outcomes to track progress and performance.
- Encourage a mindset of innovation and value delivery among teams.
- Provide training and development resources to enhance Agile competencies of team members.
- Help to overcome obstacles and facilitate conflict resolution to ensure team success.

Required Skills & Knowledge:
- 5+ years of experience in Agile coaching, training, or facilitation.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Excellent influencing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and team dynamics.
- Proven ability to manage conflicts and drive change within an organization.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Agile Certified Coach) are a plus.
