HR Business Partner

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand business goals and objectives, and develop HR strategies that support the achievement of these goals. 
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance management, employee development, and other HR-related issues. 
  • Partner with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies that attract top talent and meet business needs. 
  • Conduct regular reviews of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices. 
  • Measuring employee satisfaction and engagement levels through surveys or feedback mechanisms. High engagement typically leads to improved productivity and retention. 
  • Tracking the completion of performance reviews, goal achievement, and the effectiveness of performance improvement plans. 
  • Assessing the successful implementation of HR projects, such as new policies, benefits programs, or cultural initiatives.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, as required.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field. 
  • 7+ years of experience in an HR business partner or HR generalist role. 
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, employment laws and regulations, and best practices. 
  • Experience in providing guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 
  • Flexible to work from the Farm located in Al Wahat ElBahareya cetrain days per month.
