- Collaborate with business leaders to understand business goals and objectives, and develop HR strategies that support the achievement of these goals.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance management, employee development, and other HR-related issues.
- Partner with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies that attract top talent and meet business needs.
- Conduct regular reviews of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Measuring employee satisfaction and engagement levels through surveys or feedback mechanisms. High engagement typically leads to improved productivity and retention.
- Tracking the completion of performance reviews, goal achievement, and the effectiveness of performance improvement plans.
- Assessing the successful implementation of HR projects, such as new policies, benefits programs, or cultural initiatives.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, as required.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field.
- 7+ years of experience in an HR business partner or HR generalist role.
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, employment laws and regulations, and best practices.
- Experience in providing guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Flexible to work from the Farm located in Al Wahat ElBahareya cetrain days per month.
