Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team and help drive the success of our B2B SaaS product. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, engaging prospects through outbound outreach, and setting up meetings for the sales team.you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers for our SaaS solutions. Your primary focus will be on the GCC market, engaging with decision-makers in B2B organizations, nurturing relationships, and setting up meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect & Qualify Leads: Research and identify potential customers who fit our ideal customer profile.

Outbound Outreach: Engage with prospects via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest.

Inbound Lead Qualification: Respond to inbound inquiries, assess needs, and determine if they are a good fit for our solution.

Appointment Setting: Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the sales team.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach, interactions, and lead status in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead-generation efforts.

Follow-up & Nurturing: Stay engaged with leads over time, ensuring a smooth transition from interest to purchase.

Market Research: Keep up with industry trends, competitors, and customer pain points.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar discipline is required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS.
  • Familiarity with the GCC market and its business landscape.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with outbound sales strategies (cold calling, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach).
