Curriculum Development Specialist - Sustainability, AI & Entrepreneurship

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Curriculum Development Specialist to design and develop an engaging curriculum for young scholars (ages 10-16) on Environmental Sustainability, Entrepreneurship, Careers, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The specialist will create age-appropriate learning materials, activities, and lesson plans to inspire and equip students with knowledge and practical skills in these fields.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a structured and engaging curriculum incorporating Environmental Sustainability, Entrepreneurship, Careers, and AI.
• Design interactive and age-appropriate learning materials, activities, and assessments.
• Research and integrate best practices in experiential and project-based learning.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Incorporate digital tools, multimedia resources, and AI-driven learning methods.
• Pilot and refine the curriculum based on feedback from educators and students.
• Develop guides and training materials for teachers and facilitators.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Environmental Science, Business, AI, or related fields.
• Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational program creation.
• Strong understanding of sustainability, entrepreneurship, career readiness, and AI concepts.
• Experience working with young learners (ages 10-16) and designing age-appropriate content.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of modern educational technologies and interactive teaching methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt curriculum based on feedback.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in designing STEM, sustainability, or business-related curricula.
• Familiarity with AI-powered educational tools and platforms.
• Experience in youth mentorship, coaching, or entrepreneurial education.
