Ontime Group is excited to welcome a passionate Recruitment Sales Consultant to our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates while driving recruitment solutions that meet the needs of our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and business goals.
  • Source, attract, and identify top talent for various roles across multiple industries.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for client requirements.
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies to reach potential candidates and enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide clients with market insights and advice on talent acquisition and recruitment trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and fees with clients to close recruitment deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and candidate information in the CRM system.
  • Participate in recruitment fairs and networking events to attract new clients and candidates.

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and job boards.
