Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Analyst - Interior Design to join our design team. This role is essential in supporting the development and execution of interior design projects aimed at creating captivating and functional spaces that enhance the overall experience within our entertainment and hospitality offerings. As an analyst, you'll be instrumental in conducting research, analyzing design trends, and providing insights that contribute to effective design strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the interior design team in the conceptualization and development of design proposals across various projects.
- Conduct research on current design trends, materials, and technologies to inform the design process.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations showcasing design concepts and analyses for review by senior management.
- Support the project management team by monitoring project timelines, coordinating schedules, and maintaining updated documentation.
- Collaborate with external consultants and vendors to gather material samples and product information.
- Participate in site visits and design reviews, providing analysis and feedback on ongoing projects.
- Help maintain design documentation and archives, ensuring easy access for the design team.
- Engage in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and design solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in interior design, preferably within the hospitality or entertainment sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and presentation.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends and tools.
- Experience with project management tools is a plus.
