Tagaddod is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial planning and analysis, providing critical support to business leaders by generating insights to drive strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on financial performance, ensuring alignment with our financial goals and overall business strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide insights to inform decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support management in financial forecasts and budget preparations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as requested by senior leadership.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide commentary on performance to management.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related finance functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
