We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Revenue Manager to lead supply chain and pricing initiatives across our KSA & UAE markets. This role is critical in optimizing our vehicle mix, pricing strategy, and overall profitability. You will work at the intersection of finance, operations, and partnerships, driving decisions that fuel our growth.What You’ll Do
1. Supply Chain & Inventory Optimization
• Forecast demand and secure the right vehicle supply at optimal costs.
• Manage relationships with rental companies, negotiating the best terms.
• Drive cost efficiencies by optimizing contracts and supplier pricing.
2. Pricing & Revenue Strategy
• Develop and execute dynamic, data-driven pricing strategies.
• Continuously assess market conditions and adjust pricing models accordingly.
• Monitor financial impact and ensure alignment with growth and margin targets.
3. Data Analytics & Performance Tracking
• Leverage analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau) to track KPIs and identify trends.
• Provide actionable insights to improve pricing efficiency and supply chain performance.
• Generate reports and recommendations for the leadership team.
4. Cross-functional Leadership & Strategic Impact
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and sales teams to align pricing & supply strategies.
• Ensure key teams are meeting revenue and supply chain targets.
• Contribute to long-term strategic planning for market expansion.
What You Bring
• 4+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing, supply chain, or a similar role.
• Background in automotive, leasing, or subscription-based business models is a plus.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in ROI analysis and margin optimization.
• Advanced data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar tools).
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills for vendor & stakeholder management.
• Experience in the Middle East market (KSA & UAE) is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
