Accounting Support: Help with day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger management, and reconciliation tasks.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure corporate operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, especially in relation to financial matters.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Assist in compiling financial data, preparing reports, and presenting findings to management to inform business strategies.
Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and service providers, ensuring timely processing of payments and resolving any financial queries.
Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with different departments to provide financial insights and support in corporate projects and initiatives.
Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement in financial processes, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and accuracy.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Maximum of 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or corporate roles.
