Qiddiya Investment Company, a leader in developing Saudi Arabia’s entertainment sector, is looking for a strategic and results-focused professional to join our team as a Senior Specialist - Strategy Human Capital. In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic human capital initiatives that enhance workforce capabilities and align talent management with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement human capital strategies that support Qiddiya’s broader business objectives and enhance employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design talent management programs, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
  • Perform analysis of workforce metrics to inform strategic decisions and drive performance improvement.
  • Support organizational development activities, including change management and culture initiatives that promote a high-performance work environment.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining talent acquisition strategies that attract top talent relevant to Qiddiya’s needs.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for executive management, showcasing human capital initiatives and their impact on organizational success.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of human capital strategies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in human capital management to ensure Qiddiya remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects focused on enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human capital strategy, organizational development, or HR management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing human capital initiatives in a complex environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, talent management strategies, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • High level of initiative and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR analytics tools.
