Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of project controls systems and processes.
- Establish and maintain project baselines for scope, schedule, and budget.
- Perform regular project performance analyses and report findings to senior management.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure all operations align with project objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive project status reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project control standards and practices throughout the project lifecycle.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant discipline.
- At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in project controls for large-scale projects.
- Deep understanding of project management principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software, including Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
