Senior Manager - Procurement Performance Management (COR 915)

The organization is a flagship giga project under Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 initiative, aiming to create a world-class entertainment, cultural and lifestyle destination. The Senior Manager – Procurement Performance Management is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring procurement performance strategies and frameworks to enhance efficiency and compliance while aligning with organizational goals. This role involves leveraging data and analytics to identify improvement opportunities, optimize procurement operations, and support strategic decision-making. The role includes leading performance management initiatives, building dashboards, and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Management Framework

·       Develop and implement a comprehensive performance management framework, including KPIs and SLAs aligned with procurement objectives.

·       Ensure frameworks drive accountability and continuous improvement across procurement activities.

·       Work with internal stakeholders to ensure performance metrics align with departmental and organizational goals.

·       Collaborate with Business Unit (BU) Procurement teams for tracking and refining KPIs.

2. Data Analytics

·       Create dashboards and analytics tools to monitor procurement performance across categories such as cost, quality, timeliness, and supplier compliance.

·       Use performance data to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, proposing initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce cycle times.

·       Prepare quarterly/monthly reports on KPIs for senior leadership review and action.

3. People Development

·       Lead, mentor, and support junior team members, fostering professional growth.

·       Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the team and organization.

متطلبات الوظيفة

·       12+ years of experience in procurement performance management or related roles, ideally in large-scale projects such as construction, real estate, or urban development.

·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Accounting, Business, or related fields. MBA and/or other advanced degrees preferred.

·       Preferred: CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply), CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional).

·       Strong data analytics and reporting skills with the ability to identify risks and implement effective solutions.

·       Demonstrate proficient use of Procurement software, such as Prism, SAP, and Ariba.

·       Proven track record of working in cross-collaborative environments and ensuring differing goals and needs align with overarching organizational strategy.

·       Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Arabic highly desirable.

·       Understanding of the local cultural and business landscape in Saudi Arabia through work experience in the region preferred.
