In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the financial health of our projects through precise analysis and detailed reporting.
The Senior Specialist - Financial Analysis will be responsible for performing comprehensive financial analyses, preparing reports, and helping to drive strategic financial decisions. You will work closely with internal teams to evaluate the financial viability of projects and contribute to the overall success of our company.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analyses, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with project teams to gather data and develop financial models that inform investment strategies.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis to enhance departmental effectiveness.
- Support the training and development of junior staff members within the financial analysis team.

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally within large-scale projects or real estate sectors
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manage complex financial data
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain financial information effectively to stakeholders
- Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
