As a User Interface (UI) Design Specialist at Master-Works, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our web applications and digital products. You will work closely with UX designers and developers to ensure that the design vision is accurately translated into functional, high-quality interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and a passion for improving user experiences through innovative design solutions.
▪ Collaborate with UX designers to develop user interface designs and prototypes that enhance user experience across various platforms and devices.
▪ Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns to ensure consistency in visual design across all projects.
▪ Develop visually engaging layouts, graphics, and assets that align with product branding and user needs.
▪ Conduct design reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to gather feedback and ensure designs meet technical constraints.
▪ Stay updated on the latest UI design trends, tools, and technologies, applying best practices in your work.
▪ Prepare design specifications and assets for developers, ensuring a smooth handoff for implementation.
▪ Participate in usability testing and user feedback sessions to gather insights that inform design improvements.
▪ Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and changing project requirements.
▪ Advocate for the user by incorporating user-centered design principles throughout the design process.
متطلبات الوظيفة
▪ Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
▪ 2+ years of experience in UI design for web and mobile applications.
▪ Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UI design projects with a focus on user experience.
▪ Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar applications.
▪ Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
▪ Understanding of responsive design principles and best practices for mobile and web applications.
▪ Excellent visual design skills, a strong sense of typography, color, and layout.
▪ Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively present design concepts to stakeholders.
▪ Detail-oriented with a passion for creating user-friendly designs that solve problems.
▪ Experience in conducting user research and usability testing is a plus.
