The role’s mission is to focus on Digital Transformation topics within the respective value stream: Consumer/Customer Centricity, Employee Experience and Operational Productivity. Transformation means driving value, adoption and owning outcomes. The role will also drive Innovation and MVP development around new ideas where the countries are represented.
ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Partnership & Engagement
- Strategic alignment with business functional priorities
- Business functional engagement and trust building, having the full accountability for the DTPS provided in the country
- Support business to maintain the stability, availability and performance of services when faced with disruptions to IT systems and infrastructure
Innovation Management
- Culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Drive enterprise-wide ownership of innovations as per Digital Factory prioritization of initiatives
Digital Transformation
- Prioritization of local requests / deployment needs
- Successful product/service rollout in country
- Materialize tangible business value jointly with Central Platforms through implementation and adoption of products & features
- Organise and sustain a highly skilled and capable digital community of experts in their respective function (KUs) behind automation/reporting/support.
- Participate in agile teams representing country business view
- Drive automation requirements of country processes
Financial Management
- Drive cost optimisation through efficient CAPEX\OPEX management
Data Protection & Privacy
- Adherence to GDPR and other Data privacy requirements
Service & Experience design
- User centric product and service design
Release management & Quality Assurance
- Coordinate the regular releases to ensure smooth transition and change management where needed
