Role Overview
As a Technical Product Manager, you will oversee the product lifecycle of Driven Properties' website built on Next.js, Sanity CMS, and backend APIs. You'll be responsible for defining technical requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring optimal performance while maintaining a strong focus on SEO to showcase our premium property portfolio effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product development initiatives for our luxury real estate platform
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement features using our tech stack (Next.js, Sanity CMS, backend APIs)
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with Driven Properties' business objectives
- Analyze user feedback and metrics to inform product decisions for high-net-worth clientele
- Work closely with SEO specialists to ensure website optimization for property listings
- Manage integration with real estate marketing platforms and tools
- Monitor website performance and implement improvements to showcase luxury properties
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases

Requirements
- 3-5 years of technical product management experience for web applications
- Proven track record managing production websites with strong SEO components
- Technical familiarity with modern web technologies, particularly React/Next.js ecosystems
- Experience working with headless CMS platforms (Sanity experience is a plus)
- Understanding of API integrations and real estate marketing technology ecosystems
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Agile/Scrum certification or experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with real estate platforms or luxury brand websites
- Technical knowledge of web analytics tools and SEO best practices
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Previous work experience in Dubai or the MENA region luxury market
