We’re looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. If you have a knack for identifying, engaging, and attracting the best candidates, this is your opportunity to make a real impact in driving our talent strategy.

🤩 What You’ll Be Doing:

🔹 Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

🔹 Source and engage passive candidates through social media, job boards, databases, and networking events.

🔹 Conduct targeted outreach to potential candidates and build relationships to generate a strong candidate pipeline.

🔹 Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

🔹 Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.

🔹 Manage job postings across platforms and social media channels to attract top talent.

🔹 Collaborate with the team to continuously improve sourcing strategies and ensure a diverse candidate pool.

🔹 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovative sourcing techniques to enhance recruitment efforts.

🔹 Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed.

✨ What We’re Looking For:

✅ Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or in a similar role within talent acquisition.

✅ Familiarity with social media and job boards for candidate sourcing - Linkedin

✅ Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and team members.

✅ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles and responsibilities effectively.

✅ Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills.

✅ Proactive, resourceful, and goal-oriented with a passion for talent acquisition.

✅ A Bachelor's Degree Or Equivalent Experience Is Preferred.
