Human Resources Officer

You will play a crucial role in facilitating the effective operation of the department in alignment with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while ensuring the satisfaction of employees, guests, and owners.

The Human Resources Officer is tasked with contributing to the seamless functioning of the Personnel Department within the Human Resources Division. This role supports the Human Resources Manager in implementing Hyatt's People Philosophy across the hotel.

It is preferable that candidates possess a university degree or diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM)/Human Resource Development (HRD) or in Hospitality/Tourism Management.

A minimum of one year of work experience as a Human Resources Assistant or Coordinator within a larger organization is required.

Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
