  • Ensure the accurate and timely movement of air freight to and from specific locations within the service standards agreed with the customer.
  • Handle all customer facing communication and shipment-related internal communication between/with stakeholders.
  • Provide customers with proactive exception management in case of service quality deviations including follow-up and problem resolution.
  • Coordinate customs clearance activities with the Customs Department or Customs Broker.
  • Handle delivery order release and completion of turnover and self-pick-up leg.
  • Ensure customers are invoiced for all shipment-related charges.
  • Provide routing instructions to origins based on the shipping instructions received.
  • Communication with customer about denied parties - if screening failed.
  • Ensure valid quotation for Consignee is in place.
  • Follow up on credit issues with the finance team once credit check escalation is received and inform central operations about credit authorization.
  • Responsible on Customs Clearance charges, duty, and tax payment.
  • Create customs related income reserves and cost accruals in TMS (TANGO) - including duties and taxes
  • Complete activities on the CUS leg in TMS (TANGO).
  • Request and receive delivery instructions from the Consignee and relay them to the Central Operations.
  • Coordinate communication between Customer and Trucking company in case assistance is required during delivery.
  • Inform Third Party Broker about D/O readiness and complete the TUR leg once D/O has been released
  • Communication with Customer/Broker regarding D/O release and original documents .
  • Ensure on-time invoicing within corporate guidelines.
  • Generate outgoing invoices, create invoicing package/pouch, and dispatch to Customers
  • Arrange crane, forklift, and/or labor if required.
  • Graduate of any field.
  • Preferably has experience in the same field.
  • Effective and professional communication skills (both in the English and local language).
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must work well within a team.
