Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Managed Services & O&M Director to oversee and drive the full lifecycle of our managed services and operations and maintenance (O&M) business. The role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in IT management, project delivery, and strategic business planning. The ideal candidate will have expertise in directing sales, pre-sales, PMO, and support teams, while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire business cycle of Managed Services and O&M from initiation to cash.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand and evolve the business while ensuring operational excellence.
- Direct cross-functional teams, including sales, pre-sales, and PMO, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and profitability.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of technical and financial proposals, ensuring competitiveness in pricing and delivery quality.
- Define profit margins and lead participation in competitive tenders.
- Ensure alignment with digital transformation goals to deliver innovative IT solutions.
- Provide advisory on strategic vision and organizational future planning.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in IT management, with extensive expertise in managed services, O&M, and IT project delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, manage complex projects, and deliver results in dynamic environments.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, PMP methodologies, and digital transformation strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in stakeholder and vendor management.
- Experience in preparing RFPs, pricing tenders, and crafting winning technical proposals.
