This role will be instrumental in shaping the hospitality experience within our innovative entertainment destination, ensuring a seamless blend of luxury and adventure that attracts visitors from around the globe.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of hotel projects within Qiddiya, focusing on design, amenities, and guest experience.
  • Conduct market research and feasibility analyses to identify trends, target demographics, and optimize hotel offerings for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and operational teams to create exceptional hotel environments that align with the brand's vision and enhance visitors' experiences.
  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial concept through construction and opening, while ensuring budget adherence and timeline management.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with hotel operators, contractors, and vendors to facilitate successful project execution.
  • Monitor compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices throughout the development process.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, risks, and performance metrics.
  • Mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and innovation.
  • Stay informed on industry trends in hospitality and incorporate best practices into the development strategy.

  • Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 9-12 years of experience in hotel development and management, preferably in large-scale projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing hotel projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, design principles, and guest experience optimization.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing market data and financial implications.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Middle East experience is preferred.
