  • Manage and optimize SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Apple Search Ads, and other paid search platforms to maximize conversions and efficiency.
  • Develop keyword strategies, bid management techniques, and audience segmentation to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, and Quality Score.
  • Execute A/B testing strategies on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding models to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze search trends, competition, and market insights to identify growth opportunities and refine strategy.
  • Implement automation and AI-driven bidding strategies to enhance campaign scalability and efficiency.
  • Ensure proper tracking, attribution, and analytics setup using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Kochava, Adjust).
  • Collaborate with SEO, performance marketing, and creative teams to align paid search strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging SEM technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEM/Paid Search marketing, preferably in e-commerce, marketplace, or travel/hospitality sectors.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Google Search Console.
  • Strong expertise in keyword research, bid strategies, ad copy optimization, and audience segmentation.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and campaign measurement.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and data visualization tools.
  • Hands-on experience with automated bidding strategies and AI-driven campaign optimization.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong understanding of Quality Score, search intent, and post-click optimization techniques.
  • Experience in A/B testing and CRO to improve landing page performance and conversion rates.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to work in a data-driven environment.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
