Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Cairo. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and driving revenue growth for our SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions in the B2B sector. You will play a critical role in the sales cycle by engaging potential clients, understanding their business needs, and demonstrating the value of SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and other digital channels to generate new leads.
  • Qualify leads and assess business opportunities by understanding customer needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our SaaS solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective outreach strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas consistently.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in SaaS technologies.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with potential customers to convert them into paying clients.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B inside sales, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, lead generation, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic Languages.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales automation tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
