Role Description

As a Vendor Management Specialist at Innovative Solutions, you will be responsible for managing the relationships with our vendors and ensuring their performances align with our business needs and expectations. Your main goal will be to optimize vendor performance, minimize risk, and drive continuous improvement in the vendor management function.

Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain vendor management policies and processes.
    • Identify and assess potential vendors, conduct due diligence, and negotiate contracts.
    • Establish performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for vendor evaluation.
    • Monitor vendor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs).
    • Conduct periodic vendor performance reviews and provide feedback to vendors.
    • Resolve any vendor-related issues or conflicts in a timely and satisfactory manner.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize vendor selection and maintain preferred vendor lists.
    • Monitor market trends and developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
    • Ensure vendor compliance with relevant regulations and compliance standards.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records and documentation.

متطلبات الوظيفة

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in vendor management, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity industry.
    • Strong knowledge of vendor management best practices, contract negotiation, and vendor performance evaluation.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards.
    • Proficient in using vendor management software and tools.
    • Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, solutions, and industry trends is a plus.
