Job Responsibilities:
• Identify and connect with potential clients to promote training programs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses, government organizations, and individuals
• Generate leads through networking, calls, emails, and industry events
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable training solutions
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to close deals
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in training or education.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented
