Job Purpose

Due to our continuous growth in the CTS Business, we are expanding our team to better serve our customers and enhance our market presence. As part of this growth, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join us in this exciting journey Reporting to the CTS Business Line Manager , the CTS Sales manager - Cairo ; will be responsible for Securing growth in Atlas Copco aftermarket products within compressor techniques services by applying Territory Management in Cairo- Egypt, one to one, climbing the service ladder. Maximizing profitability of the Atlas Copco aftermarket products by optimizing the product mix and an effective price policy. Active leadership and monitoring of service sales staff, business partners and other personnel involved in sale of compressor techniques services products is fundamental for success.

Achieving targets and KPI’s set by Business line manager.

Duties

  • Presenting quotes, proposals, pricing, credit terms. Overseeing customer services through quality checks and follow-up; to help in identifying and resolving customer concerns.
  • Always Maintaining a professional image through personal actions and initiatives. Enhancing division and Company reputation and brand image by consistently working to implement the Company’s core values of commitment, interaction, and innovation.
  • Obtaining, developing, preparing, delivering, and presenting sales materials, exhibits, and promotional programs when attending exhibits, conferences, meetings, and other local, regional, and national promotional opportunities.
  • The Sales manager is expected to continuously update their job knowledge (for both products and sales/marketing strategies and skills) by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; networking; and participating in professional organizations.
  • The Sales Manager prepares reports as assigned relative to activity, lost orders, closings, follow-up, and performance against budget. These reports may also be on special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity, including recommendations for product, service, pricing changes and evaluation of competitive developments.
  • Marketing and sales of compressor techniques services (CTS) products.
  • Analysis and follow-up of sales results for CTS products in Cairo territory.
  • Focus on lost boys & increase the number of machines serviced by Atlas Copco.
  • Regular customers meeting with sales team to ensure keeping strong customer rapport.
  • Planning and activities for growth and increased market share of CTS products.
  • Applying an effective price policy and product mix in order to maximize profitability.
  • Continuous development and adaptation of CTS product range and proposals for local market.
  • Developing and maintaining systems for contracts and sales of the CTS product range.
  • Training and information for Atlas Copco Compressors personnel, distributors and other business partners in sales and product information relating to CTS products.
  • Development, production and maintenance of advertising material and implementation of sales campaigns, mailshots etc.
  • Organization of CTS sales meetings (also participation in service and sales meetings as necessary).
  • Coordination with prime equipment divisions to ensure all the company has 360-degree view for the customers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales machinery products companies is a must, Heavy industrial and air compressors is preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of aftermarket products & business.
  • Very Good English
  • Strategic Thinking and high analytical skills.
  • High presentation skills.
  • High Leadership Skills and self-Motivated.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Customer and people Oriented.
