Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Managing project related documents with accuracy and quality in timely manner.
  • Control all aspects of projects documentation on multiple projects a assigned keeping alignment with Client systems and procedures.
  • Upon Project award, prepare Work List for Project as advised by PM / Project Planner and release to trades.
  • Create project specific email address and ensure department distributions are made, as per project requirement and distribution strategy is in place.
  • Arrange to grant project/network drive access and give authorization as per Company policy.
  • Ensure to develop project folder structure upon award and all project documents are kept in relevant project folders and regularly updated.
  • Obtain deliverable list from relevant stakeholders in line with contract requirement for project and prepare MDR (Master Document Register)
  • Ensure implementation of project document template with latest formats, as per contract requirement.
  • Upon project completion, support preparation of all final/ asbuilt documents and same to be archived in designated folders for future reference.
  • Receipt / download documents/deliverables from FTP server and distribution of all inward and outward documentation and register the same.
  • Maintain and update document transmittals and associated reports .
  • Attend VSL (Visible Safety Leadership Walkdown) as assigned.

Qualification/Experiences & Skills

Diploma / Degree in any discipline

Proficiency use of MS office applications.

Experience in Project Document Control System/Industry standard and Client driven DC system
