Job Summary:

The Mall Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, tenant management, leasing, marketing, and financial performance of the shopping mall. The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and strategic planning to enhance customer experience, drive foot traffic, and maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Mall Operations & Management

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, security, and housekeeping to ensure smooth mall functioning.
• Ensure all facilities are well-maintained, addressing tenant and customer concerns promptly.
• Implement cost-effective solutions to enhance efficiency and operational standards.

Tenant & Lease Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring their needs are met while upholding mall policies.
• Monitor lease agreements, renewals, and compliance with rental terms.
• Coordinate with the leasing team to attract high-quality tenants and maintain an optimal tenant mix.

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Drive sales and revenue growth by optimizing tenant performance and mall occupancy.
• Monitor and analyze foot traffic, tenant sales, and consumer trends to enhance overall business strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns that attract visitors.

Customer Experience & Marketing

• Enhance the mall’s reputation by ensuring excellent customer service and engagement initiatives.
• Plan and execute events, seasonal promotions, and entertainment activities to increase visitor attraction.
• Oversee digital marketing and social media strategies to improve brand visibility.

Financial & Budget Management

• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring profitability and cost control.
• Prepare financial reports, analyze performance, and implement revenue-enhancing strategies.
• Monitor rent collection, service charges, and operational costs to maintain financial stability.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Retail Management, or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
• Experience: 10+ years in mall management, retail operations, or commercial real estate, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of retail trends, leasing strategies, and property management.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and revenue optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and crisis management skills.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s retail and real estate market regulations.

• ة:التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، إدارة العقارات، إدارة التجزئة، أو أي مجال ذي صلة. (يفضل الماجستي
• ر)الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إدارة المولات، أو تشغيل التجزئة، أو العقارات التجارية، مع 5 سنوات على الأقل في منصب قياد
