Tagaddod is seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Operations Tagaddod. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations of the aggregation of used cooking oil, ensuring that our activities align with our mission of sustainability and environmental impact.
As the Head of Operations, you will lead initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, improve HSE systems, and drive innovation . You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations, compliance with regulatory requirements, and high levels of cross functional cooperation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Manage a team of operational staff and provide leadership, training, and growth opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with commercial, fleet and marketing teams to align operational capabilities with customer demands.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.
- Report on operational performance and strategic initiatives to senior management.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, ideally in the Oil industry, waste management, recycling, or renewable energy sectors.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational excellence.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sustainability and commitment to environmental responsibility.
