In this role, you will be integral in managing and developing key accounts within the hospitality industry, driving sales growth, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients, coupled with your expertise in the bedding market, will contribute to the continued success and expansion of our brand across the MENA region. Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts within the hospitality sector to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of client inquiries and issues.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Coordinate with marketing to develop promotional activities and materials that support key accounts.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and strategic plans to senior management.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or relevant sales role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality sector and bedding products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Male.
  • Between 25 to 35 years of age.
  • Saudi or Indian
