This programme provides participants with foundational culinary skills, encompassing knife techniques, vegetable preparation, as well as the handling of fish, meat, and poultry. Trainees will receive guidance in various cooking methods, including grilling, frying, baking, and braising, effectively preparing them for entry-level roles such as Junior Commis within Qiddiya's Food & Beverage establishments.<\/p>
