We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head of Pastoral Care & Behaviour for our school to lead and champion student well-being, behaviour standards, and pastoral care. The ideal candidate is a passionate who can inspire students, build strong partnerships with parents, and work well with the rest of the faculty.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the pastoral care team, including counsellors and support staff, to ensure high standards of student welfare and wellbeing.
• Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring the effective implementation of safeguarding policies and procedures.
• Promote a positive behaviour culture by implementing and monitoring behaviour management strategies that support student growth.
• Develop strong relationships with parents and the community, fostering collaboration to support students' wellbeing and development.
• Use data-driven insights to monitor student attendance, behaviour, and wellbeing, making informed decisions to enhance pastoral programs.
• Support academic progress by collaborating with the Head of Learning to ensure students receive the necessary guidance and interventions.
