We are seeking a passionate and experienced Deputy Principal for our school to support the school’s leadership in driving excellence in student welfare, behavior management, and pastoral care. The ideal candidate is a dedicated is a strong leadership presence, a passion for student development, and the ability to inspire and collaborate with staff, students, and parents.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the school leader in driving the school’s vision and educational excellence, ensuring high-quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Oversee student welfare and behavior management, working closely with the Student Guidance Department to resolve student disputes professionally.
  • Collaborate with academic supervisors and the development team to enhance curriculum programs, support professional development, and ensure the academic and vocational needs of all students are met, including those with special educational needs.
  • Supervise and evaluate staff performance, ensuring teacher effectiveness through professional qualification programs, performance assessments, and mentoring initiatives.
  • Ensure efficient school operations by managing staff scheduling, attendance, resource allocation, and crisis management plans.
  • Strengthen parent and community engagement, fostering partnerships that enhance student learning, school culture, and overall educational outcomes.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification (e.g., Master’s degree, NPQH) is an advantage.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in school leadership, administration, or academic management within an international school setting.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage school operations, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance student and staff performance.
  • Strong expertise in student welfare, safeguarding, and behavior management frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to foster collaboration among staff, students, and parents.
  • Experience in staff development, performance evaluation, and implementing professional learning programs.
