We are currently in search of a Recruitment Specialist to enhance our HR team and address our expanding talent requirements. The successful candidate will be instrumental in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding exceptional talent to drive our educational objectives forward.

متطلبات الوظيفة
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and screening to interviews and onboarding.
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and other talent pools.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports to track hiring metrics and process effectiveness.
Key Requirements
- Completed Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Strong cognitive abilities and critical thinking.
- Experience in hiring teachers, academic staff, or educational professionals is a plus.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
