Key Requirements
● Completed Bachelor's degree or higher.
● Proven teaching qualifications (Bachelor / Master’s in Education, or PGCE / QTS / equivalent).
● 3+ years of experience with exposure to international curriculum, i.e. BSO, IB or another;
● Proficiency in the subject matter.
● Proficiency in key teaching skills.
● Proficiency in standards of child protection and safeguarding.
● Qualifications like NPQ and other teaching professional development are a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
● Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional lessons that facilitate active learning and meet curriculum standards.
● Evaluate and document students' academic and personal development through tests, assignments, and observations.
● Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration.
● Address diverse learning needs by offering tailored guidance, extra help, or resources to ensure all students succeed.
● Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administrators to share progress, address concerns, and support students' overall development.
