We are seeking a skilled Russian - English Translator with a strong background in operations support to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess fluency in both Russian and English, with proven experience in translating business and technical materials, while also supporting operational processes across various functions.
Key responsibilities
- Translate documents, reports, presentations, and other materials from Russian to English and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and cultural appropriateness
- Ensure all translated content aligns with the organization's guidelines
- Assist with operational tasks and processes by providing clear translations of operational guidelines, process documentation, and support materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., project management, logistics, customer service) to ensure operational needs are met in both Russian and English
- Support the creation and maintenance of operational documentation, ensuring it is accessible to both Russian and English-speaking teams
- Resolve any misunderstandings arising from language barriers to ensure smooth operations and decision-making
- Work closely with the operations and project management teams to understand their requirements and priorities

Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Russian and English (both written and spoken), with a deep understanding of both cultures
- Previous experience in a translation or language-related role, preferably within an operational or business environment
- Strong background in operations support or business process management is required, with the ability to translate operational needs into actionable documents
- Attention to detail, ensuring high-quality translations and accuracy across all materials
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and translation software
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Degree or certification in translation, linguistics, business, or related field is a plus
